Hi, I'm JUMMY

Hello there, my name is Jung Park, but the world knows me as Jummy.

Before I knew what programming was, I grew up interested in two different career paths: engineering and design. One is to construct something practical, the other to conceive something beautiful; both employ the creative freedom of the architect. It felt so appropriate when I discovered coding for the first time, a practice that boasts the best of both worlds. I taught myself to code and followed my passion, eventually attending App Academy, an intense programming bootcamp with a less than 3% acceptance rate. There I learned full-stack web development using: JavaScript, React/Redux, and PostgreSQL. Since graduating I have been working to expand my creative arsenal and in my free time you can catch me working on anything from games to mobile apps.
